Anxiety attack is the painful or apprehensive uneasiness of ones mind. It is an impending or anticipated illness that if not treated may result to severe psychological conditions. A lot of people do not take anxiety attacks seriously. Some may have not even known that they have been experiencing anxiety attacks. Anxiety is a very common sickness but unlike the other common sicknesses like colds and flu, it has not been considered seriously by a lot of people due to little knowledge about its symptoms. The best way to avoid serious consequences of anxiety attacks is to know first the common anxiety symptoms.
There are numerous anxiety symptoms. Most of which are associated with the body, chest, emotions or mood, head, mind, mouth and stomach, skin, sight and even touch. These anxiety symptoms vary according to the person’s chemical makeup and the anxiety’s type, intensity and even frequency of attack. In fact, some may have just gotten one mild anxiety symptom. Others may have gotten great and severe symptoms. Even all kinds of combinations are very common.
Examples of anxiety symptoms that are commonly associated with the body include allergy problems, dizziness, body and head zaps, heart palpitations, hyperactivity, muscle twitching, nausea, numbness and weakening of the muscles, or even weight loss or gain. Mind symptoms on the other hand include phobia, depersonalization, obsessions, and nightmares and even “stuck” thoughts.
Indeed, there a lot of common anxiety symptoms and consulting a physician is only advised once they have been experienced.
